If you sponsored Valentina vs Yamileth II, you already know there was some bad blood between them. I wanted to give you some context about what happened. From the beginning Valentina underestimated Yamileth, she didn’t really want that fight because she thought she would win easily but Yamileth asked that fight for so long that we should do it.

So that attitude was a bit too much for Yamileth when they meet last saturday, Valentina being so condescending even when the encounter was polite as always. Yamileth started too put Valentina pressure mentioning that she always look for weaker opponents than her, so why not fighting her? So what started as a “playing around” become something else.

The first round of the fight was what I expected, Valentina going after Yamileth hard, but at the end Valentina wan’t that dominant as I thought she could be over Yamileth. By the way I believe that Yamileth did surrendered but I didn’t really hear her and they just kept fighting, I don’t know it could be my imagination. At the end of the round Yamileth complained Valentina punched her in the face and on the head, I really didn’t notice but I asked Valentina to be careful, she said if she did it wasn’t on purpose.

The second round it was all for Valentina, Yamileth took a beating she actually ended the round on her knees, I’m pretty surprise she didn’t give up even when Valentina asked her a couple of times to do it. And I think with the thing of the “punches” to the head and that beating, Yamileth was angry and she throw a soft kick off time to Valentina, Valentina didn’t react but she noticed the gesture, Yamileth was emotional at that moment.

In the third round Yamileth went for it and at the end of the round she actually put Valentina in trouble and in that moment I didn’t notice but when I was editing I could hear Valentina saying “Ya!” which means “Stop!”, which to me would be a submission, but it was too low and they kept fighting so it didn’t really count, I don’t know that could be controversial. But at the end of round 3 the roles inverted and now the exasperated was Valentina who just lost it and call Yamileth “Bitch” and “Stupid”, I suppose Yamileth was so tired at that moment that she just didn’t react. To me was like “woooooow”, but we agreed to just 3 rounds so we didn’t keep going, but now I think I should’ve pressure to go another round even if that would’ve meant to put more money on the table (well I really didn’t have it), anyway I’m sorry about that.
